Description

Avance provides 44 units of affordable housing for adult with developmental disabilities. Avance is the result of thoughtful planning and close coordination with the City of Livermore, the County of Alameda, the Regional Center of the East Bay, and community members. Careful consideration was given to the site’s design and unit design to ensure they best meet the needs of the residents and respect the character of the existing historic home.

Wait List Information

Avance’s open application period is being extended starting April 25th and continuing until all units are occupied. For more information on the project and how to apply, please see the Flyer, Frequently Asked Questions, and the full Resident Selection Criteria posted below. We are accepting paper applications only which can be downloaded below. Applications can be either emailed to avance@midpen-housing.org or mailed to the leasing office located at 4240 First St. Livermore, CA 94551.
