Three Affiliated Corporations
Mid-Peninsula Housing is a non-profit organization that develops high-quality affordable housing communities, professionally manages the properties in those communities, and provides services to help our residents advance.Our three affiliated corporations are Mid-Peninsula Housing, Mid-Peninsula Housing Management Corporation and Mid-Peninsula Housing Services Corporation.

   Mid-Peninsula Housing Coalition
Mid-Peninsula Housing is one of the largest and most successful non-profit developers of affordable housing in the San Francisco and Monterey Bay regions. Since 1970, Mid-Pen has developed or rehabilitated more than 6,400 affordable homes. Mid-Peninsula Housing Management Corporation
Mid-Peninsula Housing Management Corporation has been providing professional property management since 1981. Mid-Pen Management manages nearly 5500 units at 85 properties from Fairfield to Monterey. Mid-Peninsula Housing Services Corporation (MPHSC)
Mid-Peninsula Mid-Peninsula Housing Services Corporation delivers onsite programs, education and services to over 7,000 residents each year. Through an extensive network of over 500 award-winning service provider partners, Mid-Pen residents receive programs and services to help them advance in all areas of their lives.
