Mid-Peninsula Housing is a non-profit organization that develops high-quality affordable housing communities, professionally manages the properties in those communities, and provides services to residents.Our three affiliated corporations are Mid-Peninsula Housing Coalition, Mid-Peninsula Housing Management Corporation and Mid-Peninsula Housing Services Corporation.

   Mid-Peninsula Housing Coalition
Mid-Peninsula Housing Coalition (MPHC) is one of the largest and most successful non-profit developers of affordable housing in the San Francisco and Monterey Bay regions. Between 1970 and the end of 2004, MPHC has designed & built or acquired & rehabilitated almost 5,500 units of affordable housing. Mid-Peninsula Housing Management Corporation
MPHMC is a Mid-Peninsula Housing affiliate that manages 82 properties in 29 cities and towns in the San Francisco and Monterey Bay region. With ADA, HUD, and Section 8 approvals, MPHMC has provided professional property management services for more than 20 years. MPHMC has a long-term commitment to the quality of life of our residents, the physical appearance and safety of our properties, and the well-being of our communities. Mid-Peninsula Housing Services Corporation (MPHSC)
Mid-Peninsula Housing Services Corporation (MPHSC) is a Mid-Peninsula Housing affiliate that provides on-site service coordination; computer education programs for students, seniors and persons with special needs; summer youth programs; arranges for on-site child care; and provides a broad range of services and supports for MPH residents.
