Housing Coalition (MPHC) is one of the largest and
most successful non-profit developers of affordable housing in the
San Francisco and Monterey Bay regions. Between 1970 and the end of
2004, MPHC has designed & built or acquired & rehabilitated almost
5,500 units of affordable housing. During its history, MPHC has received
extensive national, regional and local

is a Mid-Peninsula Housing affiliate that manages 82 properties in
29 cities and towns in the San Francisco and Monterey Bay region.
With ADA, HUD, and Section 8 approvals, MPHMC has provided professional
property management services for more than 20 years. MPHMC has a long-term

that provides on-site service coordination; computer education programs
for students, seniors and persons with special needs; summer youth
programs; arranges for on-site child care; and provides a broad range
