Eric Harrison

Eric brings expertise in land development to MidPen’s Board of Directors, joining in 2018 and currently serving as Vice Chair and Chair of the Development committee.

As Senior Vice President of Development at Signature Development Group, he navigates complex and changing regulations to secure entitlements and project approvals from governmental agencies – like Brooklyn Basin where MidPen is developing 465 affordable homes! Before SDG, Eric oversaw the entitlement of a Bay Area mixed-use urban infill project at DMB Associates and developed entitlement strategies for infill developments at Signature Properties.

Prior to relocating to the Bay Area, Eric worked for RBF Associates as Director of Planning, where he primarily worked with developers on master planned communities. He initially started his career working for the City of Anaheim as an Assistant Planner. Eric received an undergraduate and a graduate degree from California State University Long Beach.
