Tremayne is a results-driven leader who’s passionate about honing people’s talents to further an organization’s mission. He came to MidPen in April 2018 to do just that, on the heels of successfully leading HR strategies and teams from a diverse range of companies including LinkedIn, The Gap, and Kaiser Permanente.
As Vice President of Human Resources, Tremayne oversees all aspects of MidPen’s people strategy: Recruiting, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits and he’s the champion of MidPen’s ABIDE initiative: Advancing a culture of Belonging, Inclusivity, Diversity and Equity. When not contributing to MidPen’s goal of being our industry’s “Employer of Choice”, you might find him sharing his passion for music at various spots across the San Francisco Bay Area.
