Monique Moyer

DirectorSenior Managing Director, Global Workspace SolutionsCRBE, Inc.
“I joined the BoD because housing for groups at risk is a passion of mine, especially housing for farm workers. My family was in farming just 2 generations ago. They were lucky to be housed, but barely. Throughout the years my family’s farms were supported by hard working farm laborers. Every day my family is supported by low-income wage earners, probably more than we know. Ensuring they have an advocate and a supply of housing, even if our work is never done, is extremely important.”

Monique joins MidPen’s Board of Directors with a breadth of knowledge in property management, asset management, development negotiation and entitlement, capital markets structuring and issuance, and public pension investment policy. She has served on MidPen’s Board since 2008.

As Senior Managing Director of Global Workplace Solutions at CBRE, Monique provides executive sponsorship to CBRE’s Bay Area Clients. Prior to that, she served 12 years as Executive Director of the Port of San Francisco, overseeing 20 million square feet of real estate assets and a $150 million annual budget.

When she’s not problem-solving for clients, Monique is passionate about eliminating discrimination against women and was named “Ever Influential” by San Francisco Business Times after being annually named “Influential Women in Business.”
