Beth Bartlett

“I initially joined the MidPen Board because I was eager to apply knowledge and skills from my career working in the home building industry to address the complex challenges of providing affordable housing. Being a part of helping MidPen develop, manage and support safe, beautiful communities where residents can be proud to live has been an incredible honor and privilege.”

Beth has been active in homebuilding and real estate brokerage industries for over two decades, with prior experience in financial services marketing. She currently engages in real estate development and consulting projects via her own enterprise, Bartlett Ventures. Beth joined MidPen’s Board of Directors in 2006 in order to help address the complex challenges of providing affordable housing, and has served in various leadership capacities throughout her tenure. She currently Chairs the Board’s Governance committee.

Previously, Beth served as the partner in charge of Sales and Marketing at The O’Brien Group, a well-respected homebuilding company based in San Mateo. She also held roles with the Inwood Corporation and was a real estate broker and land development consultant. Beth holds a Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University. She has received several awards and recognitions in the housing industry, including the National Association of Home Builders Silver Award for Marketing Director of the Year.
