Under her leaderships, MidPen provides onsite services to multiple supportive populations to include those with histories of housing instability, developmental disabilities, and physical disabilities, those recovering from alcohol/substance use disorders as well as those individuals with histories of mental illness.
In her role, Dominique is responsible for ensuring there are strong collaborative relationships with MidPen’s network of community partners, ensuring services are appropriate to meet the needs of the onsite housing community as well as ensuring the correct staff placement for the population served. Dominique is also responsible to lead strategic initiatives related to Permanent Supportive Housing. When she’s not working, Dominique is actively spending time with her daughter. They both share the love of completing DIY home projects and hope to build a container home in the future.
