She brings over 20 years of financial and accounting expertise and a proven track record of scaling and leading in high-growth SaaS environments. Fay Sien served most recently as Chief Accounting Officer at ServiceNow, where she led, scaled, and transformed the accounting and finance operations function during a period of growth from $250 million to over $6 billion in revenue. She also held roles at Ernst & Young.
