Jennifer joined MidPen in 2020, bringing progressive experience in all facets of accounting, financial management, and leadership with a track record of consistent value-added accomplishments. With a passion for transforming mission to metrics, Jennifer has primary responsibility managing all aspects of MidPen’s corporate, development, property, resident services, and treasury functions.

Prior to MidPen, Jennifer held senior roles at Facebook, Digital Realty Trust, Shapell Investment Properties, and Ernst & Young. Her focus has been in real estate; from managing real estate accounts at Ernst & Young, to leading corporate finance for Shapell, a master-plan developer a Digital Realty Trust, a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). Jennifer is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and earned her MBA from UCLA and Bachelor’s from UC Berkeley. When Jennifer isn’t crunching numbers, she likes to travel and explore world cuisines with her family.

Fun Fact

Jennifer is an accomplished musician and was part of the Phoenix Symphony Guild when she was growing up. She learned the violin at age 5 and piano later on.
