As the Associate Director of Resident Services, Stacey Murphy provides oversight of Resident Services operations, and coaching and mentoring her team in the North Bay, East Bay, and San Mateo to best serve residents. She also is responsible for Senior Programming, and Team and Culture Building initiatives.
The pandemic increased feelings of isolation and loneliness in our senior population. Using a combination of resident feedback and research on best practices to improve social connection and wellness, Stacey oversaw the implementation of programming at senior sites to increase physical, mental, and emotional health.
In her spare time, Stacey enjoys spending time with her husband, along with her six human and five fur children.
