Host a Q&A session in your home with the MidPen team
Interested in meeting with someone from the MidPen team at your home with a few of your neighbors? Sessions are generally 90 minutes and include a brief presentation about the proposed community, followed by Q&A. We provide refreshments; you provide the space and the guests. Homebased Q&A sessions are designed for between 5 and 15 people. Email us at MossBeach@midpen-housing.org to book a Q&A Session.
Meet with a team member
Interested in learning more and having your questions answered in a face-to-face meeting? We are happy to meet in a local coffee shop at a mutually convenient time on weekdays, evenings or weekends. These sessions last about an hour and are best for one to four people. Email us at MossBeach@midpen-housing.org to book a meeting.
Attend a public hearing
MidPen hosted a series of Open House community meetings in spring and summer 2016 (read recap summaries here and here). The County of San Mateo held a pre-application public outreach workshop on September 20, 2017 (read the County’s summary here and MidPen’s response to comments here). Upcoming opportunities for public feedback will be through public hearings at the County Planning Commission, County Board of Supervisors, and Coastal Commission. The next public hearing is scheduled for:
