With an annual investment of nearly $7.3 million, an in-house staff of 90, and over 200 service provider partners, MidPen Resident Services Corporation delivers onsite programs, education and support to help our residents improve their lives.
Dynamic Programs that Work
We measure every program by its impact. We provide distinct programs specifically designed to meet the unique needs of our youth, working-age adults, seniors, and residents with special needs.
- The Family Services Program: We empower families to build brighter futures. This includes equipping working-age adults to build resources, better manage their assets, and advance in their educational and career goals. Our educationally-based After School Program channels significant resources and expertise to meet the challenges our youngest residents may face to stay in school and perform at grade level. - The Senior Services Program: We empower seniors to age in place and to thrive. We do this by connecting our senior residents with better access to healthcare, wellness programs, social opportunities and other resources and activities that improve their quality of life and help them to maintain independence in their housing.
- The Supportive Housing Services Program: For residents who face unique challenges due to mental illness, substance abuse, or other factors that often result in homelessness, we provide a supportive environment through professional onsite services that help residents maintain stable housing and integrate into their communities. Our residents feel less isolated and experience increased independence and improved relationships.
Through MidPen Resident Services, thousands of residents perform better in school, learn how to use computers, improve English-language fluency, successfully age in place, receive onsite health screenings, and become more active. They also give back to their communities.
A Strong Network of Partners and Volunteers
We deliver these programs and services onsite in partnership with an extensive network of award-winning organizations like Second Harvest Food Bank, Parca, Wells Fargo Community Development, San Francisco State and Samuel Merritt Schools of Nursing, Abode Services and hundreds of others. We also refer our residents to outside organizations that may meet their needs. View a list of some of our service providers.
