Mirian started at MidPen in 2021 as Community Manager and built strong connections with the community and was part of the rehabilitation for 200 family units in Santa Cruz County. From the role as Community Manager, she was then promoted to Property Manager where Mirian oversaw daily functions of properties, coached and supported staff members for their future growth. Mirian was promoted again to the role of Associate Director of Property Operations. In this role, she oversees portfolios across Santa Cruz, San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties, leading by translating corporate goals into actionable plans, role molding and inspiring others to achieve their best work.
The most important aspect of Mirian’s job is the people she works with and the growth opportunities both personally and professionally.
When she is not at work, Mirian enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and exploring local restaurants.
