Tom Sullivan, who joined the MidPen Board in 2026, worked in the commercial real estate development business in the Bay Area for nearly 40 years. Over the past 25 years, he has been President of Wilson/Equity Office, Principal and Co-Managing Partner of Wilson Meany Sullivan, and, most recently, Principal of Westwood Property Interests. 

At Westwood, Tom led projects including mixed-use life science projects in Cambridge, MA and Redwood City, CA, and office buildings in Silicon Valley. Wilson Meany Sullivan projects included the Bay Meadows redevelopment in San Mateo and office, historic renovation, and infill residential projects in San Francisco.  Wilson/Equity Office performed the renovation of the San Francisco Ferry Building and built office buildings throughout the Bay Area. 

Tom holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
