Serving as Chief of Staff, Property Management, Brooke brings 25 years of experience in affordable housing property & asset management, with an understanding of the intersections between property operations, development, and asset management, as well as deep knowledge of regulatory compliance. In her role she supports the Property Management Team across their goals and commitment to excellence through project management, process improvement, facilitation, leadership development, and a focus on change management.
Before joining Midpen, Brooke consulted with several Bay Area affordable developers and operators. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Compliance at BRIDGE Housing, where she had a 23-year tenure and participated in lease-up of over 50 communities.
Outside of work, Brooke enjoys cooking, drawing, painting, and getting outside with her family.
