Carroll Inn offers single-room occupancy mini-studios. Located in Sunnyvale, these units include private bathrooms, efficiency kitchens consisting of a half-size refrigerator, microwave and sink. Outside, there are two landscaped courtyards.
Each floor has a common lounge and full kitchen for residents to enjoy. Laundry facilities are located on each floor.
Carroll Inn is located near public transportation, shopping, restaurants and Murphy Park with a barbeque and picnic area, bowling green, and horseshoe pits.
