Abby was named Senior Vice President, Co-Head of Housing Development in 2024. In this new role, she shares executive oversight of MidPen’s team of more than 50 development professionals who are advancing a pipeline of 5,000 affordable homes, including nearly 1,500 currently under construction.
Abby joined MidPen’s Development Team in 2008, earning successive promotions and taking on increasing levels of responsibility. As Vice President of Housing Development, she provided strategic guidance to the Project Management teams regarding project entitlements, community engagement, financing, and construction with a focus on MidPen’s pipeline in Alameda, San Mateo, and Santa Clara Counties.
Outside of work, Abby enjoys being a new mom. She also enjoys volunteering with San Francisco City Guides as a tour guide.
