Albert joined MidPen in 2012 as a Community Manager at Cynara Court. He later managed Via Del Mar and San Andreas before becoming a Property Manager in the Santa Cruz area for two years. After that, he transferred to the Shoreline portfolio, which included a larger group of properties.
During his time with MidPen, Albert helped lead the lease-up at Bienestar and assisted with two additional lease-ups: Cienega Heights and Sparrow Terrace. Most recently, he was promoted to Associate Director and is truly grateful for the opportunity to continue growing with MidPen.
When he is not at work, Albert is a big sports fan and enjoys hockey, football, baseball, and basketball.
