Ashley joined MidPen in 2014 as an Assistant Community Manager and has steadily grown within the organization by embracing every learning opportunity along the way. Recently promoted to Associate Director of Permanent Supportive Housing, she now focuses on supporting our highest-acuity residents and strengthening the connection between operations and services. Colleagues describe Ashley as having a “Property Management brain and Resident Services heart”—a powerful combination for her work in creating stability and meaningful impact for residents.
Ashley is inspired by being part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to providing quality housing and services. Watching residents grow, find stability, and thrive is a daily reminder of why this work matters. She’s also motivated by the dedication of her colleagues, who go above and beyond to make that possible.
Outside of work, Ashley’s son and daughter are the center of her world. Together, they love exploring the outdoors, with Yosemite National Park as a favorite destination for adventures in any season.
