Bradlee Lawson joined MidPen in August 2026 as Director of Talent Development. With more than 20 years of experience in learning and development, employee communications, and people engagement, he focuses on creating learning experiences and communications that meet people where they are—across roles, levels, and locations.
Bradlee brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach grounded in listening, clear communication, and connection. He enjoys turning complex ideas into practical programs and stories that help employees understand, engage with, and apply new information in their day-to-day work. His blend of creative thinking and analytical problem-solving helps teams identify opportunities for growth and build stronger connections across the organization.
Outside of work, Bradlee enjoys cooking, art, traveling, and experiencing new things. He lives on the Peninsula with his husband and pup.
