Danielle McCluskey, Senior Director of Resident Services, has been with MidPen since 2013. Danielle supports the strategy and design, implementation, and evaluation of programs intended to support residents’ wellbeing and quality of life. She is responsible for regional operations, inclusive of training team members, managing business needs, and cultivating/maintaining internal and external partnerships. 
 

Danielle is proud of how the Resident Services team responded to challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic with tenacity, optimism, and compassion. Danielle finds her work with the Resident Services team to be incredibly rewarding. She deeply appreciates working with team members who are deeply committed to MidPen’s mission.   

 Danielle is the mother of two extremely active young boys who keep her on her toes. As a family, they love exploring the great outdoors all over the Bay Area.
