Doug Park, a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with 25+ years in construction, design, and commercial real estate, joined the MidPen Board in 2026. His passions are driving growth and profitability, executing on financial strategy and improving processes through technology.
At ABB, Doug is on the executive team and manages finances, accounting, information systems and FP&A. Doug and his team collaborate with the operations team nation-wide in order to manage projects profitably and create efficient processes. Leveraging data and producing timely report is a high-priority for his team.
Previous to ABB, he acted as the CFO for Rise Modular LLC, an innovative modular construction firm ($60M+ revenues) in order to lead financial strategy. He also worked as Senior Financial Director at Ryan Companies, Inc. a nationwide construction and design firm ($4.0B+ revenues) to manage investment reporting, lead finances for architecture & engineering and integrate new software platforms.
His experience also includes a CFO role for Signature Development Group, a boutique real estate developer; project manager in forward planning for a homebuilder; and director of financial reporting for an international non-profit in Africa.
Doug is licensed as a CPA (Inactive) and gained his experience at PriceWaterhouse Coopers as a tax accountant / consultant. He attended the University of California, Berkeley and received his B.A. in Economics as well as a Masters in Business Administration.
