Elise Tam-Cooc joined MidPen in 2024 as the Leasing & Occupancy Supervisor, leading the teams that oversees the lease-up projects’ compliance and waitlists with their funding regulations. As an Associate Director of Leasing Compliance, Elise collaborates with the Property Management Leasing and Compliance teams in improving and developing systems and procedures.
Prior to joining MidPen, Elise was the Senior Compliance Manager at BRIDGE Housing, where she oversaw several lease-up projects and developed management/marketing plans and tracking reports.
Outside of work, Elise enjoys spending time with family and eating hotpot.
