Erica joined MidPen in 2010 as an Assistant Community Manager and worked her way up to her current role of Associate Director of Property Operations. As Associate Director, she provides leadership and support for the properties within her portfolio and ensures each property meets the standards for occupancy. She also supports her teams by encouraging professional grow.
The most rewarding thing about working at MidPen is providing homes for people in need. Erica was on the team that worked on leasing MidPen’s first supportive housing property in the HomeKey program. Helping residents during leasing and move-in, and hearing their stories brought a very human side to the need for affordable housing.
Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her three children and supporting their extracurricular activities.
