As Senior Director of Property Operations, Janell has responsibility for the physical integrity, safety, compliance, occupancy levels, financial oversight, employee management and client satisfaction for the MidPen Housing portfolio of managed properties, and provides support for strategic long-term planning. Janell has been with MidPen since 2010.   

Janell most enjoys making an impact in the communities we serve.  She finds great joy in knowing we are helping so many find a place to call home.   

For Janell, Family is everything. She has two sons, a daughter, a wonderful husband, a grandson and one more grandbaby on the way.
