Jennifer (Jenny) joined MidPen’s Board in 2020. She is a creative professional with more than a decade of project experience, from concept to development. Her talents include facilitation, community organizing, brokering resources, cultivating systems of continuous learning, fostering collaboration, and youth and leadership development.
Jenny is passionate about supporting learners of all ages and is especially known for developing and delivering engaging professional development and instructional coaching for youth workers across the nation.
In 2019, she founded JVH Empower, which partners with public and affordable housing communities to broker community partnerships, provide professional development, and develop resources that improve the delivery of resident services to create empowered communities where all children and youth are seen and heard.
