Juan joined MidPen in May 2024 as Senior Leasing Director. In this role, Juan ensures that all new properties and acquisitions are leased within the required timeline as specified by the funding sources. He also collaborates with all departments at MidPen to meet all company objectives regarding acquisitions and initial occupancy of new properties.
Prior to joining MidPen, Juan was the Senior Director of Compliance for BRIDGE Housing. While there he created a reporting system to follow-up on pending annual certifications. Juan also worked as the Director of Compliance for Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation where he developed a new funding layer matrix for all properties.
When he’s not at work, Juan enjoys listening to live music.
