Leanne’s focus and title was shifted to Vice President of Compliance & Operational Policy after leading the leasing team through one of MidPen’s steepest growth periods. Since joining in 2023, she has overseen leasing for over 1,000 new homes, welcomed thousands of residents, and helped establish a new leasing structure. In her expanded role, Leanne partners across Property Management and internal teams to refine policies, workflows, and systems, ensuring operational excellence as MidPen continues to scale.
Before joining MidPen, Leanne held leadership positions at CCH and Eden Housing, where she focused on compliance, systems improvement, and portfolio expansion.
Outside of work, Leanne enjoys spending time with her children and family, whether traveling to new destinations or enjoying board games together at home.
