Leanne started at MidPen in May of 2023 as the Vice President of Operational Policy. Within the Property Management team, she ensures appropriate policies and procedures are in place to support the team in their success.
Prior to joining MidPen, Leanne worked at CCH as Director of Compliance expanding Yardi systems utilization and implementing a compliance training series for all staff. As VP of Systems and Infrastructure at Eden Housing, she was a key contributor to expansion of the portfolio from 3,000 units to nearly 10,000 units.
Since joining MidPen, the most rewarding part of her role has been meeting all of the people here who are focused on providing housing and supporting residents!
Outside of work, Leanne loves spending time with her kids and family, whether traveling to new locations or just cuddled up playing a board game!
