Michelle Wagner joined MidPen in 2018 with the primary responsibility of planning and creating accessible, inspiring, educational, and strategic communications for multiple, geographically dispersed employee audiences.

Her primary clients are MidPen’s 600+ employees, whose stories she is passionate about bringing to life. She also partners with leaders across the organization to ensure all MidPenners receive the “need to know” and “nice to know” news.

Michelle is fluent in Spanish – ask her about her past life as a medical interpreter – and loves her family, chosen family, her dog Ripley, everyone else’s dogs, live music, cooking delicious food, playing pinball, and word games of any kind. (Scrabble, anyone?)
