Michelle Wagner joined MidPen in 2018 with the primary responsibility of planning and creating accessible, inspiring, educational, and strategic communications for multiple, geographically dispersed employee audiences.
Her primary clients are MidPen’s 500+ employees, whose stories she is passionate about bringing to life. She is a proud founding member of MidPen’s Collective Voices for Equity Council and has partnered to bring MidPen’s guiding principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging to the forefront of company culture.
Michelle is fluent in Spanish – ask her about her past life as a medical interpreter – and loves her husband, two sons and two dogs, OutKast, food, the Warriors, and everyone else’s dogs (the order of which completely depends on the day).
