Mollie Naber

Director of Housing Development
“Great communities don’t exist on their own, they take intentional and sustained commitment at the individual, organizational, and political level. I love being part of building great communities in the region I live in through my professional work at MidPen.”

As Director of Housing Development, Mollie develops high-density, transit-oriented affordable rental homes in the Silicon Valley region by managing both projects and talented team members.

Mollie thrives on adding more affordable homes to the region, in particular, leveraging new state density laws to add more homes mid-stream to planned developments in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties. A specific example is Kiku Crossing in San Mateo, where we added 61 units during entitlement using AB 1763; the added units are almost equal in size to entire developments MidPen built in San Mateo in the previous decade!

She enjoys biking through Redwood City with her children and greeting neighbors living in high quality, beautiful MidPen homes. You can also find her on the pitch: She plays soccer in an adult league and also coaches youth soccer!
