Nancy supports Regional Managers who foster and monitor the successful daily operations of teams in the San Jose, Mountain View, and South County areas. Providing residents with a quality living experience in a safe, beautiful, and harmonious community is at the core of Nancy’s motivation. She is passionate about building teams that love what they do and understand their contribution in managing affordable housing. She simply loves what she does every day!
Nancy began her journey with MidPen as an Assistant Community Manager in the East Bay area in 2010, and knew her heart would be content with MidPen’s mission when she welcomed a family of six to their new apartment home on their day of move in. Their joy, tears of happiness and sense of relief as they hugged each other in that living room was a shared personal sentiment that she will never take for granted; as a person who had to move many times with her own family to establish stability, she understood! The opportunity she has now to contribute to create those moments for individuals and families is a daily blessing she loves and treasures.
Nancy loves spending time with her three nephews and especially enjoys finding vintage treasures with her husband.
