Natalia Gomez joined MidPen Housing in May 2026 as Associate Director of Compliance and brings experience in affordable housing, program management, compliance, and supportive services. Throughout her career, she has focused on expanding housing opportunities and improving outcomes for individuals and families through mission-driven programs.
Most recently, Natalia served as a Program Manager at Insight Housing, where she led operations for the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program, a federally funded initiative serving veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness throughout Alameda County. In this role, she oversaw program performance, compliance, and service delivery while ensuring alignment with U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs requirements, organizational policies, and quality standards.
Prior to that, Natalia was a Program Manager at Housing Choices Coalition, where she managed programs across Santa Clara, San Mateo, and San Francisco counties. She oversaw the implementation of services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and collaborated closely with local housing authorities, affordable housing providers, community partners, and regional centers to expand access to housing opportunities. During this time, Natalia had the opportunity to collaborate with MidPen for the first time, helping connect clients to housing resources and developing a strong appreciation for MidPen’s resident-centered approach and commitment to community impact.
Outside of work, Natalia enjoys reading, indoor cycling, and taking on new outdoor challenges that provide opportunities to connect with nature and recharge. Above all, she values spending meaningful time with family and friends and creating lasting memories through new experiences.
