Raisa Sanchez

Director, Resident Services
”While there are many aspects of MidPen’s mission that inspire and encourage me, I am most excited about being a part of MidPen’s journey in modeling, practicing, and living out our DEIB values.”

Raisa’s passion for driving innovative approaches to solving complex challenges –specifically related to educational services provided within the affordable housing sector – has put her at the forefront of designing equitable, high-quality programs and services and creating educational opportunities for young MidPen residents, including our six-week long Summer Program.

Recently, she participated in the Stanford d.School Lab, which advanced the design, prototyping, and testing of crucial elements which will shape the future of our services to teens.

Outside of work, Raisa is always up for a home DIY project.
