Sarah Etheredge manages a team of Asset Managers and Analysts who are responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and managing the short-term and long-term strategic goals of the properties and their stakeholders, each while adhering to the governing agreements, regulatory restrictions, and project plan and ensuring the delivery of MidPen’s mission.
After 18 years at MidPen, Sarah most appreciates the commitment to our mission and our residents.
Sarah enjoys singing in a local choir and traveling to international choral competitions, gardening, and anything arts and crafts. She attended the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA, where she studied archaeology (She wanted to be Indiana Jones), but after participating in an archeological dig over a Virginia summer in Colonial Williamsburg, she quickly realized that an air-conditioned office was the future for her.
