Scott has steadily advanced in his nearly 15 year career at MidPen, taking on increasingly strategic roles and responsibilities. Most recently, he assumed the newly created position of Senior Director of Risk Management & Facilities , where he focuses on operational excellence, risk mitigation, and safety across the organization.
Over the years, Scott has built strong partnerships with MidPen’s Facilities and Maintenance teams, earning their trust through hands-on collaboration and a deep understanding of their work. In his current role, he provides strategic leadership and oversight for facilities operations, vendor management, capital projects, safety programs, and risk management initiatives
During the COVID pandemic, Scott played a key role in rent relief collection efforts, helping secure just over $3 million to support residents facing financial hardship. He finds great satisfaction in mentoring his team and contributing to the success of his peers.
On weekends, Scott enjoys adventuring with his family and their Bull Mastiff, Bear, a 160 pound lap dog.
