Stephanie is an executive leader skilled in developing and executing strategy to ensure organizational goals are achieved in a financially sustainable manner. Key to Stephanie’s professional pursuits is a commitment to community well-being, with an emphasis on services and programs which benefit children and families.
Stephanie currently serves as an independent consultant and seeks to strengthen organizations and their leaders to have positive impact in their communities.
Stephanie previously served as the Chief Executive Officer for Central California Alliance for Health, a not-for-profit Medi-Cal managed care plan serving over 400,000 individuals in Santa Cruz, Monterey, and Merced counties. Stephanie’s work with the Alliance informed her perspective that housing is critical to both individual and community health, as well as her enthusiasm to be a part of MidPen’s success in providing safe, affordable high-quality housing to those in need. Stephanie has a BA in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and a JD from University of San Francisco, School of Law.
