Trevor Holt has served as Associate Corporate Counsel at MidPen Housing since 2020. Trevor is the primary legal resource for MidPen Property Management and assists Corporate Counsel in providing legal support to MidPen’s Real Estate Development Department, Human Resources, and various other departments within MidPen.
Trevor is most proud of the role he played as the primary legal resource for MidPen’s in the successful acquisition and development of MidPen’s first HomeKey project, Shores Landing. Providing practical and effective solutions to internal clients on complex legal matters is the most rewarding part of his job, Trevor says.
Outside of work, Trevor relishes spending time with his family, and experiencing the growth and development of his young son.
