Applicant File Upload

MidPen provides a secure method for applicants to upload supporting documents for processing during their application intake and evaluation process. You will have been informed of the information needed to validate your identity and to securely upload files to the system.

You will need the following:

• Your Email Address or Phone number (phone numbers should be entered without special characters “()-.+” or country codes)
• An access code provided to you by MidPen Housing via Email or Phone.

If validated, you will be able to upload documents. It is not necessary to upload all documents at one time. You may revisit this page, verify your identity again, and upload additional documents.
