Affordable housing across from West Oakland’s Raimondi Park moves forward
MidPen Housing and Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley together filed a zoning worksheet with the city July 3 to build 170 units of affordable housing at 1707 Wood Street near Raimondi Park, records on file with the city of Oakland show.
