In the Belle Haven neighborhood of Menlo Park, three organizations--MidPen Housing, local climate nonprofit Menlo Spark, and the Association for Energy Affordability--teamed up to retrofit Willow Court, an affordable, multifamily housing building, with fully electric appliances.
