MidPen broke ground on two new 100% affordable housing developments on underutilized state-owned land. Together, the developments at 750 Golden Gate Avenue and 850 Turk Street will deliver 167 permanently affordable homes, including 75 with a preference for San Francisco Unified School District and San Francisco Community College District employees.
