Casa Roseland, which will deliver 75 affordable homes, is part of Tierra de Rosas, a community-led effort to strengthen the Roseland neighborhood’s economic resiliency, expand housing choice, and improve community wellbeing. MidPen was selected by the Sonoma County Community Development Commission to be the master developer for the Tierra de Rosas project, a proposed mixed-use development with affordable housing (Casa Roseland), market-rate housing, a civic-use building, and a 10,000 square foot mercado.
