At the San Mateo County Planning Commission’s meeting, after nearly three dozen speakers addressed the commission, planners gave the seal of approval and a Coastal Development Permit for MidPen Housing's Cypress Point affordable housing project in Moss Beach. The project will next be reviewed by the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors.
