An affordable housing development that could produce more than 100 residences has been proposed by MidPen. “As an infill site, 295 South Mathilda will assist the city by better utilizing an old and unused commercial space,” the Greenbelt Alliance wrote in a July 7 letter. “Greenbelt Alliance believes the 295 S. Mathilda project will provide much-needed smart, high-density housing in Sunnyvale.”
