414 Petaluma will provide 44 affordable, professionally managed apartment homes for families and individuals in Petaluma, including 18 designated for farmworker families and 13 with a preference for households who have supportive housing needs. Amenities at 414 Petaluma will include a multi-purpose community room, a central courtyard, children’s play structure, laundry facilities, and secured bicycle storage. MidPen Services will coordinate a broad array of onsite programming designed to empower residents, such as financial literacy, computer technology courses, and connections to community resources.

Wait List Information

414 Petaluma is accepting applications for 18 apartments available for eligible agricultural or farmworker households. All available units are designated for agricultural or farmworker families. Agricultural or farmworker families are defined as: a household consisting of at least one person who earns or earned, prior to retirement or disability, a substantial portion of his or her income from farmworker employment.
