Each home features all-electric appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, as well as air conditioning.

Residents can enjoy a variety of inviting spaces throughout the community, including a community room with kitchen that opens to a landscaped courtyard with BBQ area, a learning center with play area, two interior courtyards, and a rooftop terrace. Additional amenities include an onsite laundry room and ample secure bike parking. Please note that 850 Turk Street does not offer car parking.
