Aster Park, completed in 1975, was Sunnyvale’s second subsidized housing development for families. The community includes 95 townhouses and garden apartments as well as common facilities, close to public transportation and shopping. All units have fully fenced patios or decks, carpets, drapes, ranges and refrigerators. Larger units offer washer and dryer hook-ups. There is also a laundry facility, a community room and onsite computer center.
