Cypress Point will consist of 71 affordable apartment homes across 16 two-story buildings in Moss Beach. Apartment types will vary, with 16 one-bedrooms, 37 two-bedrooms, and 18 three-bedrooms. Eighteen of the homes will be set aside for agricultural workers, and 52 apartments will have a Coastal live-work preference. Parking will be included for 142 cars. At the heart of Cypress Point is a proposed central lawn, play structures, a small community garden, and a 3,370-square-foot central community building. Half of the site will be preserved as open space with walking trails.
