Donner Lofts is now accepting applications for affordable apartments.
Donner Lofts apartments are oversized, with full-size kitchens including refrigerator/freezers and ranges, and bathrooms with tub/shower. These units have large windows to let natural light in.

The community offers a fitness center, onsite laundry, computer lab, a community room with large screen TV, and private outdoor patio. Community amenities also include 24-hour controlled access to the building, and onsite management and maintenance staff. Services offered to residents include health and wellness programs, computer lab assistance, vocational development, financial literacy courses, and connection to community resources.
